Message from Elaine Tayler – Acting Chair of Trustees.

My Name is Elaine Tayler and I am Acting Chair of the Board of Trustees.

Much has happened since the first EGM and much more needs to be done to see our way clear.

After a meeting with the Trustees it was clear that the Centre needed more Board Members to enable the Centre to run as efficiently as possible.

Mr John Maslen has retired and we wish him well and a speedy recovery.

Since the last Extra General Meeting, I have been working with the remaining staff and other agencies to clarify the position which the Centre finds itself in.

May I confirm that we do not have any dates to close the building. There is much to do which will take time, so please bear with us.

May I take this opportunity to thank all the people who are volunteering at the Centre and also the staff who have gone over and above their call of duty.
