What is the Transition Project?

Full Potential

If you want to be involved, we will provide a residential week/weekend focusing on life/social skills where you will do lots of different activities and meet lots of new friends.

At the end of the residential week/weekend we help you with 'ILP' 'Individual Learning Plan' which will help us to help you achieve your dream goal, employment, go on College/University - courses, - and youth and leisure opportunities.

We will be providing different courses throughout the year, for example Driving Theory test practices, I.T courses to prepare you for future, etc. If you are interested about joining a course please let us know. We provide a wide range of communication support. Please let us know what support you need.

Computer Suite and Information Point

The opening hours for our Computer Suite Internet Room and Information Point (IP) is listed below (closed for lunch each day, 1pm until 2pm). It is free to use so please do come over to the Centre. Please book in advance with reception to avoid disappointment.

Tuesday 2.00pm - 5:30pm
Wednesday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Thursday 8:30am - 1:30pm
Friday 2:00pm - 4:30pm
