Young People's Services

What do we provide?
- Weekly Mixed Youth Clubs at the Centre - 8-17 year olds, Mondays 6-9pm; says 6-8pm in Time table of activities
- Weekly '18+' club on Thursday nights 7-11pm at the Centre;
- Weekly Film and Drama Youth Club, Wednesday 6pm - 8pm at the Centre;no mention of this in Time Table of Activities
- Every fortnight - Duke of Edinburgh AwardWednesday's 6-7pm?
- Monthly Girls & Boys Health Club;
- Drop in Centre - every Wednesday from 4 to 6pm;
- Our youth workers carry out 'outreach work' at: Elmfield School After School Club and also at Bath Deaf Youth Club, Centre 69, 1st & 3rd Thursday of each month, 4-6pm.

Also, summer and Youth Playschemes, Halloween and Christmas parties, outings, annual summer camps, activity breaks and much more.
Aims and Objectives
- To provide settings where young Deaf / Hearing Impaired people and their siblings can meet for social and educational purposes;
- To provide an environment where they can learn and develop identities, whilst attending a fun-filled club programme;
- We follow the Youth Work Curriculum to empower young people with skills, encourage them to be expressive and participate with other people;
- To reduce isolation, increase self-confidence and self-esteem of young people, so they are able to make decisions applicable to every-day life situations.
